Blackberry Picking Near Fowey

We live in Cornwall, near Fowey, quite high up, and overlooking the Sea.

Around us, we have a couple of small farms, a dairy one, one that grows crops, and sells eggs, and a couple of fields are used for organic local beef.

It's that time of year, where the sun is still out and shining some days, but the Autum is on it's way, which means, down the small lanes, and along the pathways between fields Blackberries are often found, in abundance.

Regardless, we walked on, determined to find balckberries, which we did... In nettle bushes, up high above our heads, hidden behind leaves, the sort of places, some people miss, or choose not to put their hand!

I think we spent about an hour and a half out, looking carefully, the walk only normally takes about 30 mins, so lots of time spent investigating!
